I’m a Virtual Assistant dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses behind the scenes — so they can shine in the spotlight.

With a lifelong passion for theatre, I see myself as your understudy: always ready to step in, learn your lines, and keep the show running smoothly. Through The Understudy, I provide tailored business support across the UK, including administration, email and calendar management, project management, data management and analysis — and my specialist area, recruitment.

My career has taken me through industries as varied as video games, film and TV post-production, publishing, property, media, and West End theatre. Those experiences have honed my agility, flexibility, and attention to detail — qualities I bring to every client partnership.

Outside of work, I’m a mum and an occasional actress, dancer, and singer in amateur theatre productions in my hometown of Walton-on-Thames. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, I’m at my best when helping others take centre stage.
